English Meaning
The unborn one took birth,
In the dark prison, Krishna was born.
The virtuous Devaki, rare among the gods,
Made her womb a palanquin,
The infinite one descended to the world of humans,
Without the pains of childbirth, he was already in her heart, and then incarnated in her womb.
As the sound of "Soham Soham" echoed,
Devaki, the mother, turned to cradle her baby,
