ಆತ್ಮ ಲಿಂಗವನು ಧರೆಯಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟವನೇ
ಬಾಲಗಣೇಶನೇ ಕರೆವೆನು ನಾ

Gajaananam bhootaganaadi sevitam
Kapitta jamboo phalasara bhakshitam |
Umaasutam shoka vinaasha kaaranam

English Meaning:
I bow to Ganesha, the elephant-faced one,
Worshipped by hosts of spirits and deities,
Who savors the essence of Kapittha and Jambu fruits,
Son of Uma, destroyer of sorrow—
I offer my reverence at the lotus feet of Lord Vighneshwara.
O Gananatha, radiant as the Mandara flower,
With a gentle smile on your face—
I offer the flowers of devotion
At your divine feet.
O come, O Ganapa!
Whenever we call, you arrive,
O Lord resonating with the Omkara sound,
O embodiment of the primal syllable Om—
Come, O Ganapa, come when we call!
O destroyer of illusion, rider of the mouse,
Son of Bhavani and Parvati,
O Great Ganapati, ocean of compassion,
O son of Shambhu, I call out to you—
Come, O Ganapa!

Who placed the Atma Linga on earth—
